Delivery Details

At Jimaikin Engineering LLC, we aim to deliver orders clearly and predictably. Below is exactly how our delivery timeline works, including processing time, shipping time, cut-off time, and total delivery estimates.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to the locations shown as available at checkout. If a destination is not eligible, it will not appear as a valid shipping option during checkout.

Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

We use a simple flat-rate shipping fee:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order

This shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Taxes

  • Sales tax rate: 0%

  • We do not add tax to orders unless your checkout page explicitly shows otherwise (checkout is the final authority).

Cut-Off Time (Order Processing Cutoff)

Orders are processed based on this cut-off time:

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT begin processing the same business day when possible.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time (Preparation Time)

Before an order ships, we prepare it for dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

Processing includes confirming the order, preparing items, quality checks, packaging, and handing the parcel to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier delivers it within:

  • Shipping Time: 8–10 business days

Transit time depends on the carrier network, destination distance, and seasonal volume.

Total Delivery Time (What You Actually Care About)

Total delivery time includes both processing + shipping:

  • Total Delivery Estimate: 10–14 business days

    • Processing: 2–4 business days

    • Shipping: 8–10 business days

This is the standard expected timeline for most orders.

Tracking Information

  • If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delays (Rare, but humans invented weather and logistics)

Delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Carrier delays or peak-season volume

  • Severe weather events

  • Incorrect/incomplete address details

  • Remote delivery areas

If a shipment appears delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we’ll help check the status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
